Under the direct supervision of the Aquatics Director, the Aquatics Coordinator is responsible for providing cause-driven coordination and operations to the Aquatics Department. This position is responsible for delivering and assisting in all aspects of aquatic operations including program development & delivery, staffing and supervision of lifeguards and instructors, and troubleshooting & monitoring daily pool mechanics, logs, and procedures that adhere to all state, local, and YMCA health & safety regulations.
