Under the direct supervision of the Program Director for Aquatics, the Aquatics Coordinator is responsible for supervision, coordinating our lifeguard team, scheduling, training, on-deck supervision, providing guard and program coverage, and troubleshooting & monitoring daily pool mechanics.
