The Billing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day to day billing and collections processes in a timely and compliant manner for the Counseling & Social Services line of the YMCA of Greater Monmouth County. They will build and maintain staff and client relationships and communicate any issues to the Director of Business Operations. Additionally this position is responsible for the overall management of general administrative duties for the branch’s operations, such as welcoming and checking in clients, filing, scheduling, phone intakes and answering and routing calls.

Under the direct supervision of the Associate Executive Director, the Aquatics Director is responsible for the YMCA oversight of the swim lesson program, which includes fiscal responsibility, staffing and supervision. The primary responsibilities of this position includes the oversight, planning, staffing and supervising  and delivering a program which brings the joy of swimming to children and adults using the YMCA Swim Lessons Curriculum while providing direct service as an instructor. The Aquatics Director will be the principal contact for parents and participants for the YMCA swim lessons and aquatics certification programs. The Director will create the lesson schedule, deliver and manage swim lessons programs in the YMCA’s CRM database (Daxko)and conduct monthly in-service trainings. The Aquatics Director will enthusiastically represent The YMCA of Greater Monmouth County by displaying a positive attitude, maintaining a high level of energy and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job through the five-character values of caring, honesty, respect, responsibility and inclusivity.

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Therapeutic Visitation Clinician at The YMCA of Greater Monmouth County intentionally fosters a cause-centered culture that is welcoming, genuine, hopeful, nurturing, and determined.   The Therapeutic Visitation Program provides supervised visitation facilitated by a licensed mental health practitioner for the purpose of preventing or repairing damage to the parent–child relationship and helping parents to understand and respond to their child’s emotional or physical needs in an appropriate manner. The clinician provides structured interactive guidance on parent-child communication with a focus on positive bonding & nurturing skills.   The clinician is part of a larger program that works collaboratively to facilitate the return of children that have been separated from their parents for a variety of reasons. All team members working within these programs are expected to maintain the belief that a family is the primary nurturing environment of a child.  It is expected that the program clinician will work to establish a partnership with referred families to empower them toward solving their own problems.  All team members presume that every person is capable of growth and change.  The clinician will work with referring agencies and the court system to communicate progress or lack thereof and to make necessary recommendations for future or alternate services needed.
