Under the direct supervision of the Aquatics Program Director, the Aquatics Coordinator is responsible for providing cause-driven coordination and operations to the Aquatics Department. This position is responsible for delivering and assisting in all aspects of Aquatics operations including staffing and supervision, coordinating our Lifeguard team, scheduling, training, on-deck supervision, providing guard and program coverage, and troubleshooting & monitoring daily pool mechanics, logs, and procedures that adhere to all State, local, and YMCA health & safety regulations.
