The Site Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing quality programming and scheduling for assigned Monmouth county before and after school site. This Supervisor is responsible for the site environment, communicating with parents, students, school administration when necessary, as well as supervising and directing staff and students. The Site Supervisor must also demonstrate a commitment to our YMCA philosophy and core values – caring, honesty, inclusion, respect, and responsibility.
